This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful spa and wellness center with a sauna and swimming pool. the room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable with a huge balcony showcasing a stunning view. the Restaurant served exquisite cuisine with a lovely in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area was cozy and the perfect spot for those after dinner drinks.

Our only minor issue was a noisy room due to the centralized heating system. Although not a major problem, it was a little annoying.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was also conveniently located near a shopping center and close to some must-see tourist spots.

The hotel didn't seem to have enough staff to manage the influx of visitors during the New Year holiday. We experienced a lot of delays in checking in and had to wait in long queues.

Nothing could have been better

The holiday season decorations were very festive and lively. the lobby was dazzling with all its Christmas adornments and it really put me in the holiday spirit. the room layout was spacious and cozy. the view from my room was serene and relaxing, just what I needed for my Christmas vacation. the hotel's location is convenient since it's located right by the mall and we were able to easily shop and dine without even stepping outside in the cold weather.

The room service was quite poor. the food was cold and not as advertised on the menu.

We enjoyed our stay for many reasons. the location was perfect - right next to a lively shopping mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Secondly, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nicely situated in the heart of the city with a wide range of restaurant options within walking distance. guests can enjoy the convenience of having a shopping mall just next door. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western food options, while the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. Plus, some rooms offer a great view of the river and surrounding area.

The temperature control in the room can be problematic in colder months. Some guests have reported that the heat may be turned off, making the room feel quite chilly.
